2 rooms in Honor Oak Park!

Hello!

I moved into this lovely 3 bed house in Honor Oak Park in October and would really love to sign onto a new lease in January! Unfortunately my housemates are both leaving the country/returning home, so I am hoping to find two people who would like to join the household :)

We have a lovely kitchen with a dishwasher and space for a table and couches, a big garden (which needs work but could be amazing in the summer!), one large bathroom with a bath and shower, and a small sitting room upstairs with a sofa bed and TV.

The house is a 3 minute walk to Honor Oak Park station which is on the Windrush overground line - handy for getting to East London and connecting to the underground - and also has trains to London Bridge and Gatwick etc. On the other end of the road we have a bus stop with busses to Brixton, Aldwych, Elephant and Castle and different places.

Room 1: £990 Largest room in the house, bay windows! No other bedrooms on this floor.

Room 2: £870 Smallest bedroom though not by much, facing onto the garden so also probably the quietest!

Bills vary but have been coming to about £135-£150 during the winter months.

You would be living with me! I’m 25 and work on site in museums in central. In my spare time I like going for walks, running, reading, trips to the cinema, meeting people, baking/cooking and I lovee hiking whenever I get the chance. I also have an affectionate one-eyed cat, and I keep his food and stuff in my room. Really keen to preserve the relaxing vibe we currently have in the house so please reach out if you think you’d be a good fit or have any questions!!
