2.5 month sublet in friendly female houseshare

Hi!
We have a room to sublet coming up in our lovely houseshare in the Honor Oak/Forest Hill area.
I've loved living here for the last 2.5 years but am now moving out of London.
You would be joining 3 lovely women and subletting from me for the last 2.5 months of the contract
I'm looking to fill the room from the 30th Jan (can be flexible) and the tenancy ends April 14th. We have had word from the landlord that they do intend to renew the contract, however it is likely at least a couple of the other girls will also move out when the tenancy ends. So it would be possible to stay on if you wanted but it may be the case of needing to find some new housemates which is why we thought it was best to update the ad to a sublet so as not to be putting someone in that position.

The remaining housemates are 3 professional women. Lizzie is a librarian and in her spare time enjoys gardening, ceramics and is naturally a keen reader! Issabella is a film maker who is a regular traveler and also enjoys yoga, meditation and cooking. Flavia works in an independent book shop, also naturally a keen reader, she also draws and loves to travel.
The area is lovely, we live on a quiet residential close that has a nice community spirit! It is a less than 15 min walk to Honor Oak Park Station and about 25 to Forest Hill and Peckam but there are also busses that would get you there quicker. We are a less than 5 min walk to a bus stop for 63/363 which goes through elephant and castle and onto Kings Cross.
The room is a small double with lovely big windows looking out to the small park opposite the close (and a very tiny glimpse of the London skyline), it's a lovely view. The house is technically unfurnished and the furniture pictured in the room will be coming with me. However, we do have a spare bed that we will move into the room. The cat you see pictured is also coming with me I'm afraid!
The house has a main bathroom and a downstairs toilet, one of the other rooms also has their own shower so there's never a queue for the bathroom! We have access to a locked garage so safe bike storage and a nice leafy garden.

Bills are not included but are all set up and split on a house splitwise account.
