Looking for housemate in Honor Oak

Looking for a housemate to join myself and Ella!

The flat:
We’re lucky that it’s a super spacious, large three bedroom flat. Smack bang in the middle of Honor Oak and Forest Hill with great connections to Peckham, East Dulwich and East London. The flat is a 10 min walk from Honor Oak Park Station and 15 from Forest Hill.

The room itself is huge. Could fit a queen or king bed and still have room. Built in wardrobes and at the end of the corridor and away from the rest of the flat so can have moments of peace and not be bothered. Toilet and bathroom separate with large living room we share and kitchen and balcony.

I’m a writing for radio and theatre while moonlighting as a barista and bartender. I like going to the gym and having coffee walks around the horniman in my spare time. Sometimes with a seasoning of socialising with pals and having one too many on a Friday night (if not working).

Ella works in casting for theatre and is always seeing what’s on in town! So can offer any free theatre tickets if that’s your bag. She likes cooking, hosting friends over and going to the cinema and to gigs and the occasional dance class

We have both lived with each other for over two years and love watching reality TV together when we can and always having a laugh in the kitchen of a morning over a cuppa!

We’re ideally looking for a housemate around our age 29-34. We are big believers in the best way to make this a home is by building long term friendships so maybe you can be our next pal! We take real pride in our home and try and make it as lovely as possible can be so being tidy and clean is a biggie! No indoor smokers and open to all genders and non-binary peeps
