I have a bedroom available in my lovely flat in Honor Oak Park, I’ve lived here for two years, and my current flat mate is moving out on 11/01/26. The room comes unfurnished and the joint tenancy will be for 12 months (with opportunity to extend), rent £960 + bills (between £130-180). The flat is a really good size with separate living room and kitchen, a light and airy bathroom and a private garden. We live 5 minutes from Honor Oak Park station; the area sits near Peckham and Forest Hill with great local spots and quick links to central.
About me; 29M finance professional from South London. I like going to gigs, galleries and anything DIY. I’m looking for someone of a similar age who is tidy, easy-going and sociable and up for a pint every so often.
