Double room available 6-Month Let in Lovely Flat

I’m looking for another female to take over my room while I’m away. I have to relocate for work for 6 months, from 1st February till end of July and during this time the landlady will provide a 6-month lease.

The room is a double, furnished with a bed, mattress and clothes rail.

Rent is £520/month

Bills are currently around £120/month

I will genuinely miss this place while away. After 3 years here, we’ve made this place our home. Because of that, I’m hoping to find someone kind, respectful, and caring, who will look after the space and be happy to move on once the lease ends.

The flat is in a great spot, just a 10-minute walk from Honor Oak Park station, with London Bridge only 15 minutes away by train.

It’s a cosy, welcoming home and you’d be sharing with my lovely flatmate Alys.
