Bright, spacious double bedroom available in our 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom 1930s first floor maisonette from mid-February.

My friend has bought a place so I'm looking for a lovely new housemate to take her room. The room is 4.3m x 3.9m and would easily suit someone who works from home, with lots of light and some built in storage.

The flat itself has a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area, a separate utility and garden. We’re both keen cyclists and there’s also space for a couple of bikes - though there is a staircase to get them in and out of the flat.

About the area: we’re equidistant from Honor Oak overground (8mins) and Crofton Park station (10 mins), with a great coffee shop, greengrocers, fancy deli, supermarkets and two parks a short walk away.

About me: I work in digital marketing for live events, working 3 days in the office. I love all things restaurants and cosy pubs, going out in Peckham / East, lefty politics, galleries and being outdoors (cycling, swims, walks). In the flat we regularly have film nights, share a wine / coffee and a natter together or check out what’s new in the neighbourhood.

The room is available from mid-Feb - the exact move in date can be flexible in Feb. You’d be taking over the tenancy mid-contract, with the possibility of extending it in late July 2026. The room is unfurnished. References required.
