Hi everyone!
We have a lovely room up for grabs from Feb (potentially earlier) in an amazing 3 bed 2 bath flat in Honor Oak Park (SE23), just a two minute walk from Honor Oak Station (Overground) and less than a minute walk away from the bus stop!
Cannot stress how lovely this flat is! Living room is south facing and gets loads of natural sunlight, it’s quiet, and super spacious for a 3 bed! Flat is also nice and warm 🌞 The room has some furnishing left from previous tenants.
You’ll be living with me (31, she/her) a creative who works with charities and Mark (53, he/him), who works in student housing. We’re super friendly and keen to welcome someone new in our humble abode. No preference on age + gender as long as you’re friendly/outgoing and keen to make this place your new home! Longer-term tenants preferred and being queer-friendly is a must. I also have a beautiful angel of a cat called Ozzy so loving cats is also a must! He is very gentle and loves people. (Sadly we can't accept more pets)

Bills (wi-fi, heating, elec, council tax): ~£150 approx
