Double room available for 3+ months Honor oak Park

Lovely double room available in Honour Oak park starting from March 3rd.
I am going travelling for 3 months and need to fill my room for the time I am away! The house is a terraced 3 floor Victorian house with 4 bedrooms, large kitchen/diner, separate living room, 2 full bathrooms and a study. The house has lots of perks, double glazing, dishwasher, underfloor heating, garden and patio with a pizza oven !

I share the house with my friends, 2 male and one female, all working professionals. We enjoy cooking meals together, going to the pub and the occasional movie night. We are a very friendly group always excited to meet new people with friends dotted in and around London.

The house comes with a gorgeous black cat who loves a cuddle but generally keeps to herself.

The house is 5 minute walk from Sainsburys local and various delightful cafes and restaurants. Honor Oak Park station is also a 5 minute walk and has a 15 minute train to London bridge or the Windrush line to Canada water (11 mins) and Whitechapel (19 mins). There is also lots of green space around like blythe hill and one tree hill which also has tennis courts. There are a few 'the gyms' and pure gyms around within a 15 min walk and a better leisure centre within a 20 min walk. I absolutely love this house but i just cant afford the rent whilst away so am planning to return after the 3 months.
