Hey everyone!

One of our flatmates is sadly moving out, which means a room (and office) in our place will be available from the end of March but exact dates to be confirmed.

The new person would need to pass details to the estate agent latest the by 16th March for income and referencing checks.

Deposit: £692

Rent: £815 pcm (this includes the bedroom and personal office!)

Bills are approximately £150 per month- inc council tax (gas and electricity fluctuates month to month with usage).

About us:

You’ll be living with me, Rachel (28) and Lauren (26), who have been living together since last August.

I am a community adult speech and language therapist in South East London, and Lauren is completing her Master's degree at Goldsmiths. I love reading, watching football, puzzles and exploring the local parks and area! Lauren enjoys art, music, travelling, and figuring out what her fourth interest might be!

We’re looking for someone who is clean, tidy and respectful.

We have put a lot of love and care into the place and hope that our next housemate is keen to do the same :)

About the room(s):
-the bedroom can fit either a single/double bed (but does not include a bed)
-the office can fit a desk and has a front facing door out to the front balcony
-excellent natural light
-wardrobe included

The flat is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom flat on the first floor. We have access to our private garden via stairs in the back of the flat.

Location:

-Quiet and residential street a 5-minute walk from Honor Oak Park Overground station

-Close to Brockley with lots of great cafes, bars and pubs

Transport:

~15 minutes walk to Brockley/ Crofton Park

~Lots of buses right outside going to Peckham/New Cross/ Catford/ Forest Hill

P. S we are not a party house but we love BBQ’s in the garden!
