Im currently looking for a new housemate to join me as my current housemate is sadly moving to Scotland.

About the house:
A charming 2 bedroom top floor flat in a great location in Honor Oak, directly opposite Blythe Hill park which has amazing views of London!
It’s also a short walk to Honor Oak station, (max 10 mins although if you’re a fast walker like me it can be done in 6!) and the high street which has lots of cute an trendy cafes and shops.
The road is also lovely and quiet.

Bills are not included in the rent and cost approx £160 per month

The landlord will also carry out referencing

About me:
I’m a 34 year old female working in childcare.

Im a super chilled, regular girl! My party days are well and truly over and I love being at home, relaxing with a good series or book, cooking and trying out some new arts and crafts hobby- crocheting is next!

I really value being clean and tidy so it’s important my future housemate is the same, I like the flat to be cosy, homey and clean, a place where we can wind down and relax.

I’d love to live with someone likeminded who I get along with! But equally respectful of eachothers privacy :)
