The flat is situated in a peaceful and safe gated block, a 12-minute walk to Honor Oak Park station. The room is a good-sized double with a large wardrobe and desk. £750 per month, all bills included apart from the cleaner. It's a 2 bed + 2 bath flat, shared with a lovely couple. You would have independent use of the main bathroom as their room has an en-suite. We're ideally looking for a professional female tenant. Friends over are absolutely welcome, though it's not a party flat. We are looking for someone from the end of May until at least September, with the possibility to extend.
