Lovely, quiet room in Honor Oak / Blythe Hill

A bright, medium-sized room with beautiful north-facing panoramic views across the city. The room is simple and uncluttered, with a fairly new mattress, desk and chair, and a custom built-in wardrobe. It's a comfortable London-sized room with plenty of natural light and a calm atmosphere.

The flat has a spacious shared living room, also north-facing with great views, as well as a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of space for cooking and storage.

We take good care of the house, keeping it clean, organised and welcoming without being overly regimented. There are lots of plants throughout the space, which we enjoy looking after together.

While there isn't a private garden, the property benefits from access to a huge communal garden at the rear. It's full of mature trees and wild plants, with outdoor seating, a large BBQ area and even a tennis court. It genuinely feels a world away from London.

About the household

You'll be living with JJ, a 35-year-old professional student who also works part-time for a charity. He's friendly, considerate and easy-going, enjoys being social when time allows, and keeps the house in great shape. During busy periods with assignments and deadlines, he tends to keep a lower profile, making for a relaxed and respectful living environment.
