Amazing value for the area! We're looking for a friendly third flat mate to join our women only 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat in Honor Oak Park.

The room is £625 per month, with bills averaging around £115 per person, per month. Bills include council tax, internet, and energy (combined gas and electric). Council tax is band C. Bills are taken on the 1st of each month. We're currently in the process of starting a new contract with our landlord & estate agents.

The flat is in a lovely, safe location, just a 5 minute walk from Honor Oak Park Station and around 12 to 15 minutes from Crofton Park Station, with great transport links into central London. Nearest underground station is Canada Water (11 mins away by overground).We're also just a short walk from beautiful green spaces like Blythe Hill Fields and One Tree Hill, perfect for a morning coffee, sunset walk, or relaxing with lovely views across the city.

We love above the shop where our landlord works, so issues are always dealt with quickly and we have a great relationship with him.

You'll be living with Imi and Izzy, both 30. Imi works for a London university, and Izzy is a producer on fashion shoots. We've been friends since school and have a relaxed, sociable home. We enjoy catching up over dinner or a margarita when we're around, but we also have our own lives, with plenty of travel, work and social plans. We enjoy the occasional night out, but we're looking for someone who wants a calm, respectful home rather than a party flat.

The room is spacious, with plenty of space for a double bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV. It's partly furnished but will require you to bring your own bed frame.

We've both lived here for over 2 years and really love the home we've created and the environment of the flat. We're looking for someone clean, considerate and easy going who is looking for a place to call home. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!
