A single room to let in a house

Hello new house mate, My name is Monica, I have a single room to let situated in a town house, the room is located at ground floor of the house you share with another male tenant only. The first and the second floor is managed by family and myself.

The two rooms on the ground floor has its own separate shower room/toilet and a kitchen. It has a cleaner, cleaning as appropriate. The house is nearer to all amenities ie Overground station, Buses and shops.
