Tues, Weds & Thurs rental!
I am looking for a calm, clean, tidy and organised woman for this room. It’s a shoes off and coasters home. I like to keep a tidy and clean space for both of us to enjoy. I anticipate anyone I share with to play their part.

The room is furnished with a comfortable double bed, bedside table, lots of wardrobe space, small oak Habitat desk, newly fitted carpet and high end ergonomic office chair. There is a beautiful tree filled view across the south of London from your room. My previous lodgers often report feeling sad to leave the light filled space and lovely view.

There is a table and bar chair in the kitchen where you can eat your food comfortably. I make every effort to stay clear of the kitchen and bathroom at established lodger routine use times.

To be transparent, it is a high rise building and you will be able to hear domestic noise from neighbours every now and then. If you like to sleep with fresh air (open window) the traffic from the nearby road is audible. I provide a fan for use in the hotter months. The double glazing is new and very effective when closed. Lodgers who get on with this room are practical people who can put earplugs in or wear noise cancelling headphones as and when needed. If you are a fairly deep sleeper and can roll with the to be expected domestic noise of a high rise flat, this could be a good deal for you and a way to save some money (it’s on at lower than market rate value)

If you are looking for a clean, newly refurbished, well maintained, and respectful flat share this might be for you.

The flat is a 5-10 minute walk from Honor Oak Park Station on the East London Line and overground. The Sainsbury's is opposite the station in a thriving street with great restaurants, deli and coffee shops. It's a nice area and well connected for central London. London Bridge 13 mins (Southern Railways) Shoreditch 22mins (East London Line), Tottenham Court Road 30mins via The East London Line and the new Elizabeth Line.
