We are looking for a new housemate to take over a recently vacated room.
We have all lived together for 5 years, but Sam has sadly moved on to buy his own property..

Sociable, independent, and friendly house mates.
We are all hard working professionals. But love a glass of wine too - and good TV and films.
A great space to unwind and watch TV and cook in the evenings.
