Single parent equal opportunities flatshare

Hello - I am looking for a non-neoliberal flatmate to rent a 3 bed purpose built property near Alexandra Palace (and it spectacular fireworks on bonfire night) and Hornsey rail station (Turnpike Lane tube is not far away either). I have lived in the area for over 8 years, rather immersed in local community life, be it fun runs, festivals or organising play streets. I am looking for a house-trained person who don't mind spacious municipal end of terrace house with one bathroom and a separate WC, separate living room and kitchen. There is Sainsbury nearby and lots of park and green areas. Weekdays will be very mostly quiet but weekends I have kids around and there will be lots of usual hustle and bustle. As I will have kids on weekends, flatmate should really have their own DBS check or work in kids-friendly professions. I work in human rights, likes crafts, contemporary dance, food art, learning piano (on keyboard). I have lived in Burma, Kyrgyzstan, Qatar, Russia. I can be a party animal if need be but generally prefer calm environment. My ideal flatmate would be a role model for me - grow their own plants, not needing emotional rescues, romance, or fervent political activism as well as able to show allyship and interrupt gender, sexuality, race and disability biases.
