Medium sized (11'x10'8") south facing, double room (overlooking garden) in N8 Hornsey, plus sitting room, very near Alexandra Park, & also not far from Crouch End and Highgate Woods.
There are local shops/take-aways etc a short walk away, including a big supermarket.
The flat is a 2-bed place, on the 1st (top) floor, that has its own entrance and an attic for extra storage. It is clean & in a beautiful area. There is a built in wardrobe/cupboard, & a bed. It's possible other furniture can be arranged.

Sharing communal areas with Lucas, a chilled, creative, independent male who works, mainly from home, and who is quiet but can also be sociable & chatty. He works in computers/I. T.
He is also sensitive to living with vegetarians & tends to eat a similar diet.
Originally from Poland but UK-based for many years.

The room is nice & secluded away from the rest of the flat.
There is a shared sitting/dining room.

The rent includes most bills except gas & electricity, which is shared between everyone, and the rent will be a bit more for a couple.

The flat is on a quiet leafy road with no parking restrictions, and there is a small back garden.

If you're a light smoker it's ok if you do it downstairs in the doorway.

The overground station is Alexandra Palace & is about a 12ish min walk. The trains go to Finsbury Park & on to Moorgate.

The buses also go to Finsbury Park, and also to Turnpike Lane and beyond.

We can try to be flexible with the price/deposit.
