Ideal for a commuter who works in London Monday to Friday or shorter, and you can leave your belongings in the room/flat when you are not there. The occasional weekend stay is also possible upon agreement.

You will have access to a washing machine, dishwasher, and fully equipped kitchen. There is space in the fridge for you too.

Great commute into central London (Kingsx/Holborn/Covent Garden) in 30 minutes or city of London (Moorgate/Old St) in 20 minutes, as it’s 2 minute walk to Hornsey station, and 9 minutes walk to Turnpike Lane (Piccadilly line), in a new modern purpose build development.

There is a single bed which can be pulled out into a double or kept as is for more floor space. I do work from home on some days and need the living/kitchen space for that during the day. Your bedroom has its own work desk where you could also wfh.

I have a very shy cat, so this will only suit a gentle cat friendly person. There is a beautiful terrace with views to Ally Pally and a 10 minute walk to Crouch End or Wood Green with lots of shops, restaurants, cinemas etc.

You'll be sharing with me, female, 45 working professional, clean and respectful.

Rent is inclusive of all bills and wifi. If you want to be registered at the council and pay council tax, the band is D but this is not necessary if this is your secondary commuter home.
