Hi there, we are seeking a new housemate to share the lovely sunny 2 story flat. The room is large and light filled, and comes unfurnished (but open to discussing buying furniture), it is available 30 April, maybe slightly sooner.
It is a 6 months lease with a rolling contract following on. No agency fees apply, but there are agency reference checks.
About the flat….
- There is a large communal lounge with dining area, large bathroom and small kitchen.
- We typically watch Netflix & other streaming services and haven’t needed a cable package. But happy to open to household wants.
- Some bedroom furniture is for sale such as wardrobes and desk etc. This is optional so if keen please let us know .
Rent, bills, deposit….
- Rent is a very reasonable £534 pcm, plus with utility bills, council tax & internet it ends up at approx £700 per month.
- It’s 1 month deposit up front, which goes into a protection scheme.
The location / transport….
- The flat is on Church Lane N8 walking distance to Crouch End, Hornsey and Wood Green.
- The Flat is super close to transport, it’s a 2 min walk from Hornsey national rail train station, a 15 min walk to either Turnpike Lane tube Station or Crouch End Broadway
- There’s a huge Sainsburys & a small Tesco 5 min walk, plus pubs, local shops/cafes. Nearby Crouch End has lots of shops, cafes and pubs.
- Lots of green spaces and parks nearby, including Alexander Palace park, a 10 min walk away.
The people….
- Lorraine has lived in the flat 2 and a half years. Graeme will be moving in at the same time you do.
- We are seeking a flatmate who is friendly, tidy, responsible, and fair towards pitching in around the flat.
- This is a comfortable home with a chilled-out vibe. We’re definitely not a party household. No smoking in the flat and sadly no pets.
