En-suite Double Bedroom for let in Hornsey

Large en-suite furnished double room for rent in a 12th floor 2 bed flat in Hornsey from the start of November. I can be flexible with short or longer term lets and can also be flexible with the move in date. I will also consider Mon-Fri lets.

The flat has a spacious open plan living room/kitchen and balcony with great views across London and beyond. Located within 5 minutes of Hornsey Station (20 min train to Moorgate) and approx 8 minute walk from Turnpike Lane (Piccadilly Line). Approximately 15mins walk to the heart of Crouch End where there are endless restaurants, shops and cafes. Also, a 15-20min walk to Haringey Green Lanes with plenty more food options and shops.

You will be sharing the flat with myself and my dog, Duke. I'm a working professional and work 2 days from home/3 days in the office. In my spare time I like cooking, going to the gym, pub quizzes, going to music and comedy gigs, socialising with friends and taking Duke out for walks in the local area (Ally Pally Park, Highgate Wood etc). Duke is a 2 year old cockapoo so non-shedding and hypoallergenic and most importantly a good boy. While I'm in the office he's either at day care or with a friend.

I'm looking for a like-minded housemate that will treat the flat like a home, would be happy to watch tv/share a bottle of wine every now and again but also respect eachothers space when needed. Also, you should obviously be a fan of dogs!

Rent includes all bills (inc. a cleaner every two weeks).
