Hello! I am looking to rent out my room. It’s a great deal for the space- the room is a loft conversion with its own floor level and an ensuite bathroom, so it feels very private.
The cost is a bit lower than usual because a small amount of my belongings are in the room (but not much anymore, hoping to move most of it out before star of the year) & there’s plenty of space, including plenty of wardrobe space & draws.
Availability: from just before Christmas (22nd December). I know this can be a tricky time to move, but ideally I’m looking for someone who can move in by early January at the latest.
There's also a shared living room and separate kitchen, and downstairs bathroom as well as your own ensuite ( so you have your own toilet and shower) so very spacious and a cleaner come 2 xs a month (although this is not included in the amount. All other bills are included).
