Short let , ensuite.

Hello! I am looking to rent out my room. It’s a great deal for the space- the room is a loft conversion with its own floor level and an ensuite bathroom, so it feels very private.

The cost is lower than usual because I’ll need to leave some of my belongings in the room (but not much), there’s still plenty of space, including wardrobe space & draws.

Availability: from just before Christmas (22nd December). I know this can be a tricky time to move, but ideally I’m looking for someone who can move in before the New Year, or by early January at the latest.

There's also a shared living room and separate kitchen so very spacious and a cleaner come 2 xs a month (although this is not included in the amount. All other bills are included).
