Bright Spacious Luxurious Double Bedroom with En Suite and Large Built in Wardrobe in the heart of Hornsey

**The Room:**

Bright spacious master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower as well as a large built in wardrobe with full length mirror. The bedroom comes unfurnished so you can lay out the room and everything you need the way you’d like to.

The bed and mattress can stay if you’d like them, if not we can dispose and you can bring your own.

**The House:**

The kitchen has lots of workspace and tons of storage/cupboard space. We have a dishwasher as well as a washer/dryer.

The Living room is spacious and has a comfortable large sofa and TV too.

There is also a little storage room near the entrance to the flat, and a massive communal garden.

We also have a cleaner that comes Bi weekly that does the whole flat (including bedrooms) that I’d like to keep, so it’d be great if you’d be interested in keeping the cleaner also :)

Bills are not included.

Bills average to roughly ~£240 pcm per person per month (that includes Gas/Electricity/Council Tax/Internet/bi-weekly Cleaner).

Council Tax band C.

**Area and Connections:**

Hornsey train station is a 2 minute walk away right across the street. Trains run every few minutes directly to Finsbury Park (4mins), Highbury and Islington (8mins) and Moorgate (18mins).

Turnpike Lane Tube is about a 10 minute walk away and has bus connections to many other places.

There’s a bunch of coffee shops, pubs, bakeries and restaurants in Crouch End. Also lots of green space and parks on the doorstep (Priory Park, Alexandra Palace Park, Finsbury Park all nearby)

Sainsbury’s (closest), Waitrose and Tesco are a short walk away. There’s also a Lidl in Wood Green a short 12 minute walk away.

There is also a great gym a 1 min walk away.

**About Me…**

I’m a 31 year old professional working in tech. I work from home most days so I’m at home a lot. I’m relatively quiet, enjoy working out, cooking and gaming. I also really enjoy live music, so you’ll often find me at random shows throughout the city. On weekends I also enjoy going to meet friends for a few pints down the pub.

**The Housemate I’m looking for…**

Looking for a respectful, easy going, housemate who can clean up after themselves and is good at communicating for all things house related. Ideally you also work Mon-Fri!

**The Room is available from 17th of May 2026!**
The move in date can also be slightly flexible, finding the right housemate is the priority.
