We have a beautiful bedroom in a big North London house available for rent from the 7th of October 2024.
THE HOUSE
It's a large house with a beautiful back garden, a large living room, a room on the ground floor which is used as an office/spare room for when guests come to stay, a shared bathroom on the 1st floor, an additional downstairs toilet and a basement.
THE ROOM
The room is a small double bedroom with built in wardrobe. It is on the 1st floor and faces the back garden and next to the large bathroom. The house has a large selection of furniture that you can select from to fill the space, or can bring in your own.
LOCATION
The house is located between Hornsey, Crouch End and Muswell Hill. It's one minute away from Alexandra Park and a 10 minute walk from central Crouch End. The W3 and 144 buses stop at the bottom of the road so you can get to Finsbury Park and Turnpike Lane tube stations easily.
ABOUT US
We are Eoin, Shona and Maria, professionals aged 30 to 37. Shona is a Clinical Psychologist and works long weekdays in hospital. Eoin is a musician and music producer with a work schedule that can vary but he is often home on weekdays. Despite working in music, he doesn’t tend to make noise at home - it's quite possible that you'd never guess he's a musician! Maria is a CRM manager for a private equity firm. Maria's cat also lives with us. He is very calm and friendly
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a housemate who is mature, responsible, reasonable and respectful, easy to get along with and who is looking for a peaceful place to call home.
The house is the former family home of the landlord and so any prospective housemates would need to respect the place and keep it in good condition. This would include doing odd jobs at times and maintaining a high level of cleanliness.
Social gatherings in the house from time to time are fine but always need to be checked out with all housemates first, if you like to throw frequent or spontaneous parties, this probably isn't the place for you.
FINANCIAL STUFF
Your rent will paid monthly on a regular date that you agree on with the landlord. The deposit for your room is to be negotiated with the landlord, but roughly £500. The bills usually don't exceed £200 per month per tenant.
