Room for single person

As I am going away for a while,
my room is available from upcoming months (1st September - 31st December) but could consider long let after discussion.

It's a double room comes with 1 double bed, 1 wardrobe, 1 bedside.
If need mini fridge, table and chair can talk it the rent accordingly.

Housemates:
They are super chill and will not bother you.
Apart from you there will be 3 other people living in the house with whom you will be sharing communal area mainly kitchen & toilet.

House comes with fully equipped kitchen so you don't have to worry about bringing any utensils.
There is one toilet and bath which is shared
among everyone.(for some it could be a con).
Bills are included except cleaning,
Cleaner comes twice a month for which you have to pay £30 separately with the rent.

Connectivity:
It’s pretty good, bus stop is right outside the house,
6 mins walk to national rails,
12 mins walk to underground tube
Central is 20 mins away even at late night bus are available.

Area:

All the other day to day things which we require is right around,
3 min walk to Sainsbury’s, Tesco and local grocery shop, many cosy restaurants and pubs down the road, cute cafes and park with in 5 min of walk. Couple gym 15 mins walk.
