Sublet/Takeover Large Double Bed In Hornsey

Hi all,

I've got a quite large bedroom for sublet starting 27th July till 21st October and then possible contract takeover/renewal as I'm moving out of London.

The room is in 3 bed/3 storey flat 5 minutes walk to Hornsey station (train to Moorgate/Highbury and Islington/Finsbury Park every 15 minutes) and 15-20 minute walk from Picadilly Turnpike Lane station. The train to Moorgate is only 20 minutes and to Highbury and Islington 10 minutes.

The flat is close to Crouch End (10 minutes walk) so it's full of nice coffee shops, bakeries and pubs. Theres nice Irish pub just outside the flat and couple corner shops. Also theres big Saisburys 10 minutes walk from the flat and couple other options like Tesco/Waitrose in the Crouch End.

The room is on 3rd floor facing north with nice view of Alexandra Palace (photo inc). On the floor there is only room and bathroom so its quite private.

Room has double bed, wardrobe, small couch and 2 kallax units for the storage.

In the kitchen there's two small fridges, chest freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, electric hobs and air fryer. There is also living room downstairs.

You will be sharing the flat with two guys Paul and Simon. Paul is mostly out working at local pub and Simon is a musician. They are both in their 30s.

Rent is £640 plus £180 for bills paid upfront every 21st of the month. There's also really quick internet in the flat.

I would ideally be looking for someone who would sublet it for the whole time till my contract runs out. I'm also talking with the agent so it might be possible to have a new contract started earlier (subject to agency checks).

THE WALLS ON PHOTOS WILL BE DIFFERENT COLOUR (MAGNOLIA) as agency wants me to leave the room in the same colour as when I took it.
