Subletting my room (10th December - 15th January)

Looking for someone to sublet my room for 5 weeks while I'm away. The dates are from 10th December untill the 16th January

The flat is very cosy, warm, quiet and clean. All amenities are literally across the street. Bus station next to the building, the Hornsey train station is a 7' walking distance and Turnpike lane tube station is a 13' walking distance.

Fully firnished, kitchen fully equipped and you can use everything. The room wiill be clean and cleared before you enter.

The cost is £160 per week, plus the electric bill. The £160 will include the rent, broadband and water. The only extra cost will be the electric, but we'll sort that out when the bill comes. Please mind that the flat does not have gas heating, so we're using electric heaters. For the last 2 years my roommates and I have been paying around £50 per month each in the heart of the winter.
