Room is fully furnished and room with chest of drawers, wardrobe, double bed and desk. £850 including bills (tv licence, internet, Utilities)
Great transport links- Hornsey station 5 minute walk- 8 minutes to Finsbury Park - 15 mins to Moorgate.
Turnpike Lane station (Piccadilly line) - 12 min walk away.
A bit about me:
I am a secondary music teacher (part time) and freelance musician, working from home a couple days a week.
I own the flat, lived here for 3 years. The neighbours are cool and real friendly.
I am a chilled guy, defo not a party house. A big music fan and film fan, like cooking and chilling or out with mates, going to gigs or the pubs in the local area.
Looking for someone chilled also, good vibes and positive energy.
My preference is someone who doesn’t WFH, but not a deal breaker.
