Furnished Studio at an affordable price

The studio is furnished and is very comfortable, you just need your bags. It’s available from late July until late December / beginning of January.

The studio is located in the beautiful Crouch End/Hornsey area, surrounded by cafes, bars, and green spaces. It's just 20 minutes to Central London by train (Moorgate/Liverpool St) with a the station only 5 minutes away. It's only 3 stops to King's Cross, offering easy access to Gatwick Airport, Brighton, and Cambridge. There's also a nearby tube station on the Piccadilly line, which is convenient and operates 24 hours on weekends.

The area is very safe, clean, and well-maintained. I really love it here. Additionally, there’s a huge Sainsbury's supermarket just 5 minutes away.

The rent is £1,100 plus bills (they come around £105 for council tax and £80 for water and electricity). It’s a great price considering you won’t be sharing and the place is furnished.
