Room in Crouch End

We want someone to fill the space soon, so could discuss reductions in the rent.

Nice double room available in a spacious 3-bed flat in crouch end! You'll be living with two young professionals, both in their 20s and very friendly and easy to get on with. We'd like to see someone in that age range join the flat.

The flat has a big kitchen, even bigger front room, and a fabulous bathroom with both a tub and a stand-up shower, as well as a second bathroom downstairs.

Good transport links, W3 bus right outside to Finsbury park in about 15 mins or a 10 minute walk to Hornsey station. 10 minute walk to Crouch End clocktower.

We are looking for someone to take over our old housemates contract for 3 months as he has already moved out. The contract ends October 1, when myself and the other housemate will move out. Strong likelihood that you will be able to stay on in the new flat if you find two new tenants to share with.
