Bright, spacious room in new apartment (midweek)

Hey! I’m Frank, I’m opening up my house to a midweek lodger for the coming months. My flat is carefully styled, furnished and in a new development, minutes away from Wood Green and Turnpike Lane.
I’m looking for someone that’s clean, considerate and social. A working professional is preferred.
I travel for work every now and then, so at times you’ll have the flat to yourself.
Happy to be social and hit the local brewery for a beer sometimes, or have a dinner party at home.
The room is bright, has a double bed with bedside tables, a wall mounted desk and large wardrobe. The bathroom is across the hall, with a shower in bath & toilet.
