Looking for a Friendly and Lively New Housemate!
We have a room available in our friendly house of three girls, and we’re looking for someone to join us. If you're after a relaxed home with good vibes and an easy-going atmosphere, this could be a great fit for you.
🗓 Available November 4th — Minimum stay of 3 months, with the option to renew for a longer stay.
🏡 The House:
The house has a spacious garden, a cozy living room, and a large kitchen. it's an ideal space to unwind or host friendly gatherings.
• 1 toilet on the first floor and washing machine
• 1 shared bathroom (with a bath)
• Shared living room with a TV
• Shared kitchen and dining area
• Garden with a BBQ set, table and chairs (perfect for get-togethers)
• Smoking allowed outside in the garden

The available room is a fully furnished double room (see pictures 1-2). It’s bright and spacious, with:
• A double bed and mattress
• Wardrobe
• Chest of drawers
• Desk and chair

Gabi – I’m 29 originally from Ecuador. I’ve been living in London for 5 years. I came to study my master’s and now I’m building my career while making the most of the city life. I enjoy running and padel.
Lizzy - I’m 28, a PhD student, and have been living in London for almost 10yrs now. When I’m not working, I’m often out and about at various queer events, going on runs, or searching for cheap pints around London.
We enjoy cooking, staying active, having movie nights, singing in the shower 🎤, having friends over, celebrating the little things, and having a good balance between socialising but we also respect each other's space and schedules.
