The room is in a 1st floor, 2 bedroom, furnished flat. Female-owner occupied, with no history of smoking, pets, etc. There is only one other flat in the building, and the ground floor is occupied by a quiet office.

The kitchen has a brand new oven/hob. There is a large fridge-freezer and washing machine available for use. There's also a spacious living room with huge, bright windows and an original fire place and stained pine wood floors for style points. There's also a small balcony off the kitchen that leads onto a rooftop, for some outside space.

The owner often works from home, and is looking for working professionals who will treat the property well.

Rent is £950 per calendar month with a security deposit of £950 required. You will be responsible for splitting all bills evenly (electricity, gas, water, council tax band C), but Wi-Fi is included. Open to couples or dual occupants as well, but rent will be £1500 for a pair.
