Beautiful double room in friendly home

We (Niamh and Laura) are looking for a new housemate to move in from 24th Jan. (Viewings from 17 - 19 Dec 2024 or 1 Jan - 5 Jan 2025).

We are good friends in our late-twenties/early-thirties, working in marketing.

We have a large, well-lit communal living room, a communal bathroom and kitchen with all appliances.

We really see this flat as a home rather than a house share, so we would like to find someone who wants to be a part of that. We both have our own lives and hobbies, but we also enjoy eating dinner together when we can and sometimes just chilling together during the evening.

In other words, we are looking for someone who is clean and tidy, and happy to spend some time with us :)

Transport:

We live right next to Hornsey station, and Turnpike lane (Piccadilly line and night tube) is a 10 minute walk away. Good bus links aswell.

Area:

Hornsey is a really lovely area, quiet, yet with a high street that has many restaurants, a large sainsbury's and nice local pubs. We are a 15 minute walk away from Alexandra Palace and Crouch End. And Finsbury Park is a 5 - 10 minute train journey away.

* Bed (bought new in December 2023), cupboard, and big chest of drawers come with the room. There are also built in shelves that are great for storage.
