Description
I have a spare bedroom and separate bathroom in my recently purchased flat where I live by myself (apart from when my Boyfriend stays over) for use Monday-Fridays for someone needing somewhere to stay in North London (5 mins from Hornsey Great Northern National Rail and 10 mins from Turnpike Lane (Picadilly Line) during the week.
I store some belongings in there too and would access the room as needed and use at weekends. The same applies to the separate bathroom.
I have a lovely open kitchen-living room with a small balcony you would also be able to use when in residence.
A nightly rate of £40
I have a designated parking spot in a secure private carpark behind the building which I currently don't use so could be available if needed.
I'm a self-employed Newborn Care Specialist/Non-Medical Maternity Nurse so don't work a traditional 9-5 5-day week and sometimes have admin days at home.
