Cosy room in Crouch End

Hi! We're looking for a third person to join our lovely flat, starting from June 26 as our current flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend☺️ The room comes with a double bed and wardrobe, perfect for someone who is office based. You'll be sharing a bathroom with just one person (as the other room has an ensuite!). The living room is bright and airy, perfect for hanging out or hosting people. There's plenty of storage space in the kitchen and we also have a dishwasher.

- Rent will be £550 per month from June to September to finish out our original contract. The rent will then be £600 a month onwards as our landlord is raising the rent; this will all be in the contract!
- We rent via an agents, and the deposit is £575 (but we can confirm with them), and is protected in a scheme.
- Bills come to around £150-180ish a month, we all take a bill and let Splitwise work everything out! We are Council Tax band D.
- We're centrally located in Crouch End, with several bus stops within a few minutes walk of the flat. It takes about 10 mins (minus traffic) to get to Finsbury Park or about 15-20 mins walk.

About us ☺️

Two of us are staying in the flat (Megan and Emma), we're both friendly and social, we like catching up in the kitchen/living room, watching a series or just hang out.

Megan 🙋🏻‍♀️ I’m 28 and a project manager, working hybrid and away often! Also love traveling, music and am a massive foodie!

Emma🙋🏻‍♀️ I'm 32, and work from home as an editor for an online magazine. I love travelling, hanging out with friends, shopping, and music!
