Looking for a flatmate, preferably a creative professional or someone who doesn’t mind music being played often in the house. I’m a 32 years old music and events industry professional and artist. I’m usually a quiet type when I’m not playing music. I’m respectful of others’ spaces and resting times and like to keep the house clean, so I expect the same of others. Bonus points if you like to cooperate. Sometimes I smoke outside, on the stairs that take to the garden. No smoking allowed inside.
