Hello lovely people!

We have a double room available in our four-bedroom Victorian house. It has large bay window, high ceilings, and plenty of natural light.

The room comes with a mattress (no bed frame), built-in storage, wardrobe, and bedside table.

Who we are:

Three male professionals (two cis, one trans) in our late 20s to early 40s, who value a respectful, easygoing home.

One works in theatre, another in marketing (some days from home), and the third in a bakery.

We enjoy reading, writing, playing instruments, board games, going to the theatre, and the occasional night out. One of us plays the cello, so there's some afternoon practice now and then.

The vibe:

Not a party house. Mornings and evenings are generally quiet, and we're all mindful of noise — the walls are thin and sound travels easily.

We each have our own routines but often share a coffee and a chat.
Cleanliness matters to us: we tidy as we go and follow a weekly rota (each person does a full house clean once a month).

If something breaks, we usually fix it ourselves — and the landlord is quick to respond if it's beyond us.

The house:

– Shared living room (also our clothes-drying station)
– Fully equipped kitchen
– Machine room (laundry + cleaning supplies)
– One bathroom + one separate toilet
– Shared storage room
– Garden/patio (in need of some TLC)

The house has character — she's an old lady with charm and a few quirks: creaky floorboards, single-glazed windows, and the odd tired corner. If you love sleek minimalism and smart-home tech, this probably isn't for you.
But if you appreciate a lived-in, slightly imperfect home with good queer people and good energy, you'll fit right in.

Each of us handles a different bill (so everyone had proof of address). You'd take over the internet bill.
We also use a shared app to split household expenses automatically. We buy them as we need.

Who we’re looking for:

– A working professional (sorry, no students)
– Respectful, tidy, and easygoing
– Queer-friendly and emotionally intelligent
– Comfortable in a peaceful, shared home

We’re quite independent and often on different schedules, but we keep in touch via a house group chat (and sometimes dream of karaoke or game night).

If this sounds like your kind of place, send us a message and tell us a bit about yourself.

Looking forward to hearing from you!
