We have a large double room available from the end of January in a flat in Hornsey (near Alexandra Palace and Crouch End)
 
HOUSE -
 
3 bedroom flat a ten minute walk to the top of Alexandra Palace. The flat has a large kitchen and living room space, a modern bathroom with shower and toilet and a separate toilet. Parking permits are available.
 
HOUSEMATES -
 
Current tenants are 1 female and 1 male, aged 33 and 32, open to either another female or male. Laura is from Birmingham and works in operations and Jonni is from Yorkshire and works in marketing. I know it's tricky to get a sense of us over a rental ad but we're super chilled & can chat anything from Married at First Sight to football to Taskmaster.
 
ROOMS -
 
The room is a great-sized double that can fit a desk and comes part-furnished with an incredible wardrobe storage space and double bed - it also gets lots of natural light. Please get in touch for more. It is available as of the end of January 2026.
 
OTHER BITS -
 
The rent is £1000 pcm and bills are around £190 pcm.
 
As mentioned, the flat is 10 mins away from the top of Alexandra Palace. There is a bus right outside which gets to Finsbury Park in 15 minutes, plus Hornsey station and Turnpike Lane station are close by. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the centre of Crouch End, which is a lovely and safe area to live in with cinemas, loads of decent pubs, restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The house is also less than a ten minute walk to several supermarkets - including a massive Sainsburys.
