Spacious south-facing double room in 2-bed flat

I’m looking to rent out a bright, south facing room in a purpose-built 3rd floor flat.

The room is fully furnished with double bed (with drawers underneath), wardrobe, chest of drawers, bookshelves, desk and a bedside table if needed.

The flat itself is clean, spacious and homely, with a separate living room, kitchen and utility room as well as a separate toilet and bathroom. There’s also a balcony that gets full sun all day.

I love the location - Hornsey High Street is 5 mins walk with pubs, restaurants, cafes and Big Sainsbury’s, while Alexandra Palace is 5 mins the other direction. Crouch End, Muswell Hill and Wood Green are all within a 15 min walk so it’s a great area for weekend pottering and cinema trips.

Personally, I am a friendly and respectful housemate - I enjoy a chat after work, watching trash TV together and visits to the many lovely pubs around Hornsey/Crouch End. I work in theatre and have a busy social life, so I’m usually in the office by day and am regularly out in the evenings.
I’m looking for a like-minded housemate who enjoys a similarly balanced life. If you enjoy tennis or are keen to try other sports together, that’s a bonus!

I’m ideally looking for someone to take the room in early February so I have time to give it a new lick of paint, but can be flexible (from 12th Jan onward) if the right opportunity arises!
