4th roommate for Hornsey 4 bed flat

Hi everyone, we’re looking for a 4th roommate to join our upcoming tenancy, starting in early to mid February in Hornsey (by Crouch End).

It’s a spacious 4 bedroom with a 5th bedroom as an office space. Landlord has confirmed will be fully furnished with brand new items. Located less than 10 mins from Hornsey station, and walking distance from Crouch End and Muswell Hill high streets. Location is 👌🏼

Bit about us… myself Nico, am building a contracting business whilst also training for an Ironman in the summer. (This has basically become my personality). Big into fitness and but equally love socialising, meeting new people and finding the best spot for a coffee.

Matt, my friend since primary school, works in sales for a tech company in the city, also into the gym and training, but definitely loves a Friday evening Turkish and a few pints. Big into travelling and chasing experiences. Works in sales so loves a chat.

My brother Oli, also in sales in the city, but couldn’t quite hack it in Tech. He’s into his tennis, running and gym also. Loves cooking, being up early but equally up for the occasional session. DJ’ed a few times at uni so now thinks he’s an actual DJ. (We all do love our tunes though)

We’re looking for someone likeminded, social, tidy, down to earth and who can add to the ecology we’re looking to build.
