Small double bedroom available in a bright and airy 2 bedroom flat (on the first floor), due to housemate relocating!

The room is unfurnished minus a wardrobe, and the contract is 6 months with the opportunity to extend.

There is a shared bathroom and massive living room, which are perfect for hosting! The room will be available from 05/04, but you may be able to move in earlier.

We are 2 minute walk from Hornsey station and it's only 4 minutes on the National Rail to Finsbury Park and 20 minutes to Moorgate. Turnpike Lane station is a 12 minute walk away.

Rent is £795 before bills (approximately £150-180) with a deposit of £787.50. This is a joint tenancy. The estate agents require the following:
- Experian Credit Expert Report
- Last 4 months bank statements
- Copy of current tenancy agreement
- Passport copy/Right to Rent/Share Code. They also require a UK-based guarantor for students.

Hornsey is very quiet and safe and we're only a 10 minute walk to Crouch End, which is full of charity shops, a Waitrose, M&S and gorgeous family-owned restaurants. There's also a massive Sainsbury's an 8 minute walk away and the Lidl in Wood Green is a 20 minute walk away.

I'm a part-time MA student who works in Education. I'm looking for a preferably queer female/nb flatmate. I often host crafty afternoons with my friends and movie nights and potlucks, and you're welcome to join!

Looking for someone chilled but also tidy. I'm out of the flat most evenings but down for a glass of wine and a yap sesh.
