We're looking for a new housemate, ideally aged between 25 and 40, to join our home, From the 18th of August 2026
There are currently two of us living here (aged 31 and 37), originally from Thailand and Canada.
We're both friendly, respectful, and enjoy a relaxed, peaceful home environment.
We're looking for someone who:
-Is clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces.
-Cleans up after themselves and helps keep the house in good condition.
-Is considerate of others and enjoys a calm home.
-Doesn't host frequent parties, although having friends over occasionally is absolutely fine.
We're hoping to find someone who's easy-going, responsible, and looking for a place to call home rather than just somewhere to sleep.

There are one large living room space
2 toilets with one bath room
and 3 bed rooms
1 big kitchen with 2 fridges

The price per month is £950 (bills included) !
Available from: 18 August 2026 (Under contract *** until 18th May 2027, and you can continue the contract if you hope to!)
Rent: £2325 pcm
Bills: £360-420 pcm
