A nice self contained bedsit in the loft area with a lovely view of woods. There are 2 flights of stairs up to the loft. There is no washing machine but there is a laundry 4 minutes walk away but you have your own ensuite bathroom and a small kitchnette. We are a friendly quiet household and would require that of anyone renting. No guests allowed to stay or visit late. You would not have share of the house just the loft area.

The street is nice and leafy and near parks and we are a 7/8 minute walk from Crouch End, Haringey station and there are plenty of bus routes nearby.
If you wish to rent for less than three months the rent will be £1200 pcm.

Only taking on one person in the rooom and the homeowners live in the rest of the house so you wouldn’t have flat or house mates.

Crouch End has a lovely village feel, there are shops and supermarkets, grocers, butchers, fishmongers, lots of pubs, restaurants and cafes and two cinemas.
