From 10 Nov - Room in a beautiful Archway flat!

Hi! I'm Theo - A Londoner of 5+ years and a mechanical engineer, looking to find a flatmate to fill a vacant room I have.

I've managed to secure a lovely flat in the Northwood Hall building, halfway between Archway and Highgate, from 10 November. All I need now is a flatmate to take the second room. Read on for more details :)

The flat/your room:
- Small double room (see floorplan)
- Furnished flat. The room has a double bed and dresser
- £1000/month
- Council tax band C
- This price includes heating and water, covered by the building (effectively saves you £100/month as we'd only need to pay electricity + broadband)
- Available 10 November
- In Northwood Hall, a beautiful historical art deco building. It's a lovely community - very nice neighbours with a supportive Whatsapp group, has a serene private garden, bicycle storage, goods lift, concierge with a doorman etc etc
- Separate living room with a balcony
- Dishwasher (luxury in London)
- Perfect location IMO, no compromises. Equidistant to Archway, Highgate, Crouch End. 10 min walk to either Archway or Highgate tube. Lovely green area with lots of pubs and cafes. 5 min walk to Waterlow Park, 15 min to Hampstead Heath.
- Gorgeous views out of all the rooms. Genuinely rivals Sky Garden

Who you'd be living with (me!):
- 23, male, working professional, engineer (not the antisocial kind)
- From London originally but moved round the world a lot
- Things I love: cooking, tennis, cycling, piano, tv/film/theatre/literature/all things arts and culture, pubs, spending entire days walking around London to get 30k steps
- Very very tidy, but not insufferably so. Cook in bulk several times a week. Sociable and love to have a good relationship with my flatmate, but I am introverted and enjoy having time to myself too.

Who I'd like to share with (you):
- Around my age (21-28 ish)
- Ideally working rather than a student
- Not fussed on gender
- Ideally you feel you have things in common with me and would be happy to coexist in the shared spaces and go out together on occasion!
