We’re two professionals looking for a third flatmate to join us in our modern, spacious flat in Highgate with beautiful views of Alexandra Palace.

The flat is on the first floor of a prominent art deco building offering excellent far reaching views across the surrounding area.

We’re tidy, friendly and sociable and are looking for someone like-minded to join us, male or female.

The room:
• Double bedroom furnished with double wardrobe (includes drawers and shoe storage)
• Plus chest of drawers, bedside table and additional storage space
• £673 pcm + bills (heating and hot water is included)
• £980 deposit
• Bills are approximately £70 per month.
• The room is available from early Feb 2018.

The flat:

• Conveniently located between Archway (10min) and Highgate (15mins) stations. This lovely flat is located on the first floor of a block of apartments.
• There is free, secure car parking available with large communal garden and grounds for summer BBQs.
• There is a large shared living room and dining area, comfy sofas and landscape view of Alexandra Palace. We have a large screen TV with Netflix.
• The kitchen is fitted with all modern appliances, oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer.
• The bathroom is fitted with a shower and bath. The flat has wifi throughout.

The area:
With Hampstead Heath located nearby, this flat is in a picturesque part of London with restaurant, parks and pubs to explore. Highgate high street is a short walk away and full of independent cafes and shops to explore.

We are also about 10 minutes walk from Crouch End which has a wide selection of restaurants, bars, cinemas and there are number of parks nearby for running as well as a couple of gyms.

The flat is also within 5 minutes walking distance of the Whittington Hospital so would be ideal for a hospital worker.

Transport Links:
The flat is well connected with bus stops to Crouch End and Archway situated directly outside the building. Archway and Highgate tube stations are both only a short walk away. Both stations are on the Northern Line. Less than 20 minutes on the tube will take you into central London. There are plenty of night buses available and easy access to the A1.
