ONE room available. to professional or post-graduate female. I'm looking for easy going, tidy flatmates to share with.

Having shared in this flat for many years it is a nice flat within which we have room to respect each other's space and also enjoy cooking, music and movies.

I'm a life coach, therapist and business consultant - very much working from home right now!

The flat is laid out over two floors and includes an enclosed patio.

The flat is decorated in a classic/modernist style including:

The flat is located in a quiet purpose built block. The shops and bars of Crouch End and Stroud Green are less than 10 minutes walk. Archway tube is a 10 minute walk. We are served by the 41, 91 and 210 buses, the latter goes to Finsbury Park.

For viewings, the best route to the flat is via a walkway off Hazellville Road BETWEEN Westacott Close and Partington Close. The flat is 60 m from Hazellville Road and faces onto a grassed area. Very peaceful and quiet. NB: the flat is not on Westacott Close itself
