Cosy Double Bedroom in Amazing Mews House

A cosy double bedroom is available in a lovely two-storey mews house on N19. One of our flatmates is leaving at the end of July, so we’re looking for a single occupant to fill the place.

The property is a spacious and uniquely designed mews house on a quiet street, with both Finsbury Park and Archway Stations a 15min walk or a 7min bus ride away. We have a large well-lit upper floor living area and open-plan kitchen area that leads to a large terrace. The lower floor consists of 3 double bedrooms, and a separate bathroom shared between your bedroom and one other. The other bedroom has an en-suite. The house is equipped with a washer, dryer, TV, and lots of storage space.

Please note: the bed is probably the only item of furniture that will remain in the room once vacated.  

The place would be suitable for a young professional that cleans after themselves, is house proud, friendly, and wanting to treat the place as a home. It is not a party house but we have loads of lovely restaurants and pubs in the area. On our road we have a post office, tailor, launderette, several shops, and cafes. 

About us:
Nadine works in advertising and is passionate about football and cooking. Fadi is an ex-banker working in tech and passionate about his piano and beer. We’re looking for someone who fits in and can become part of our friendly household. We are both pretty independent but meet up every now and then for a meal, a drink, or watching telly. We are considerate and after 7 years and two different flatmates, who still like us ;-) we still manage to make the place quite homey.
Bills (council tax, gas, electric, water, internet, cleaning) are shared equally and can vary per month, and usually within £100-£140 pcm per tenant.
