Large double room Islington

The room dimensions are 5mx4.1m, roughly 20m squared, so pretty big. It's painted Magnolia (boring I know but whoever is in there is free to paint it whatever colour they like if they want to change it). It is partially furnished (there is no option to put that when making the ad) has IKEA laminated beech wood coloured flooring in it, some mirror-fronted IKEA wardrobes that are 1m90cm x 1m50cm, white IKEA bookshelves 1m90 x 40cm, and a large storage cupboard. There is a wooden framed bed I can assemble currently in the storage cupboard if wanted. I don't have a photo of that but can be seen when people come to do viewings. The front room and kitchen are open plan and huge going from the front to the back of the flat and are floor boarded, and the bathroom is pretty small but functional. There is also an extra loo in the utility room if the bathroom is occupied and someone needs to use it. The flat is a 5 minute walk from Crouch End Broadway, a 10 minute walk from Archway tube and about a 20 min bus journey from the stop round the corner to Finsbury Park under and over ground Station :)
