Double Room for a couple

I'm looking for a couple to come and live in this top floor, room terrace flat facing Elthorne Park.

I stay here between 7-10 days a month maximum, less in summer and xmas.

So, that means you'll be able to enjoy the place as your own, with no other housemates. I'd like to find serious people who take care of themselves first and house second. I own the place but I don't pull rank - all I ask is that you respect the place and keep me posted if anything needs to be done. I will be doing some improvements over the next years, all of which you will be consulted about long in advance.

Ok, thats the intro. Now the description of the place.

2nd Floor / Furnished.
You will have private use of the cloakroom toilet & sink, as well as the bathroom.
Fully equipped kitchen, bring your own stuff if you want.
Living Room - No TV yet, furniture is there.
BroadBand (Virgin) is included.

House:
Room is pretty nice, let me know if you want more / less furniture. Its warm and well lit, standard double bed (135cm). Its approx 17sqm.
You have a 2nd Door that opens onto the Roof Terrace.

Communal Garden at the front of the property, with a secure gate so you can leave a Bike outside.

Kitchen: Washing Machine, no Dishwasher. You will have your own storage space for food / cutlery etc etc The place is kinda yours so store what you want, where you want.
